Collaboration at every step

We begin with a thorough requirements gathering process where we hold telephone or face-to-face conversations with our clients to get to understand their business and the objectives of their website. We supplement this with a questionnaire which the client can complete verbally or in writing and which guarantees that we are in full agreement about the style, content and functionality of the site.

Transparent Fixed Pricing

We deliver a clear development plan which includes an agreed price, timeline, summary of client requirements and recommendations on style and content. The development process only begins when the client has signed off the development plan.

Advanced Prototyping

Before design begins we develop a working prototype or “interactive wireframe” which the client can view and comment on online. The wireframe will allow us to iron out any issues with navigation and give the client every opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction of their site. Once the wireframe is being reviewed, our designers work with your feedback and comments to produce a striking design that captures your objectives.

We provide you with the design and layout of your site and the tools to feed back your comments online. Everything you tell us, from colour to typography, will be taken in to account.
